At Tech Wizards of Birmingham, we value transparency and honesty with our customers. That's why we provide clear and detailed pricing information for all of our services on this page. You can see the breakdown of the costs for each service, as well as the estimated time and warranty. We don't charge any hidden fees or extra costs that are not disclosed upfront. We believe that being transparent with our pricing helps us build trust and loyalty with our customers, and ensures that you get the best value for your money.

Diagnostic Free We can take a look and see what's going on, and provide an estimate on how much it will cost to resolve the issue
Estimates Free Estimate on how much services will cost. Labor will likely be over estimated to account for any issues that may arise and may not include trip charges.
IT Consultation Free We give our expert opinion on a solution you want and discuss the next steps on what's needed to accomplish this ideal goal
Parental Controls Free (Tips accepted) Want your children to be safer on the internet? We can help.
Computer Classes
Technical Training
Free (Tips accepted) Arrangements can be made to teach specific tech related topics in-person. An online learning platform is coming soon.
Trip Charge $2 per mile Trip charge starts from the current location, and always varies
Computer/Networking Service $50/hr Break/fix/configuration of computers, servers and networking equipment in-person
Remote Support $60/hr Break/fix/configuration of computers, servers remotely. Networking equipment is worked on remotely only if it's configured for remote access.
Information Security Services $75/hr Cybersecurity threat mitigation (for example, viruses, intrusion attempts, etc.), network and device hardening, other security-related services.
Custom Application/Web development $100/hr Custom application (and website) development. Can be anything from a static website or single form application to a full stack website or complex application.
Parts (Varies) Brand new premium parts are purchased so the prices will vary. A new eStore will be added to the site soon, which will have new devices and their prices listed.

Prices for specialized services, such as ongoing monthly support or cloud computing will be listed on their respective pages as they become available.

Most break/fix/configuration services come with a 90-day warranty for the specific service that was performed. Used parts will have a 12 month warranty and new parts will have a base warranty from the manufacturer (usually 12 months).
